Mission Statement

Our goal is to provide a clean, friendly and respectful racing environment for anyone who wishes to race with us.
We will accomplish this through a family type atmosphere where we will all work together to maintain this goal.
We want to attract the cleanest and best online racers to our league and pit them against each other in a seriously fun
racing league where they will race for more than just points and fame.
This league will be more than just an online game, but also a place that friends want to get together to enjoy each others company.

General Racing Rules

1)              No racing back yellows or blocking allowed until 10-to-go.

2)              Lucky dog must go End Of the Longest Line (EOLL) to get lap-back on restart.

3)              If you cause a caution, type ( C ) and go EOLL.

League Rules

1) Our most important rule is to race each other clean and with respect for one another at all times.

2) Profanity when using Live Chat, Teamspeak or in the Web Forum is not permitted. This rule is very important as one never knows
when someone’s Children, Grandchildren or even Mother may be watching or listening. Please do your best to respect this rule.

3) Any type of cheat will not be allowed in this league. If anyone is caught using a cheat they will be subject to a vote by all league
members and may face ejection from the league.

4) Flaming or intentional wrecking will not be tolerated. We are all friends here. If you are involved in an accident please hold you
comments, except for your apology for whatever part you may have played. A simple "I'm Sorry" goes a long way.

5)              There will be a 24-Hour cool down period for all disputes. Save the replay, review it and see for sure what happened. Try to settle
          whatever may have occurred through the Admin after the cool down period has ended. If that is not possible, e-mail the league's
           Sergeant of Arms, NWO-Banger at skinbanger1@yahoo.com, and he will help you resolve your dispute.

6) All registered members are expected to use the same car number in all series. Priority goes to current NWO drivers.

7) All racers are required to use TeamSpeak. There are no exceptions to this rule.

8)               NWO is a "Donation Only League". We do, however, require funding to keep our league self supporting for server and website costs,
           plus any prizes or promotions. No less than $5.00 donation will be accepted, but once a total of $20.00 has been donated you will get
           an official "NWO Racing Hat." You will receive all the benefits of a full membership once you have been voted into the league.

9)              After you have raced with us for at least 2 weeks and donated at least $5.00 you will be eligible to become "Tag Wearing Member". At
          that time you may request a tag vote, or an Admin may put you up for the tag vote. When you receive your NWO tag you will be granted
         all the tag privileges. Tag privileges not only allow you to become part of the “NWO Family of Respectful and Friendly Racers”, but
          you will also be granted the Admin password and allowed to open and run our server any time it is not in use for a scheduled race. You
         may also Admin your own league series if you prefer. After becoming a “Tag Wearing Member” of NWO you may not be ejected
          from "NWO Racing League" without a majority vote by all the current league members.

10)        Series rules such as Practice, Qualifying and Start Times, Restarts, Lucky Dog and all other Individual Series Rules will be at the
          discretion of that series Administrator. The Administrator for each series will hold a "Drivers Meeting" prior to their race. The rules
          for that series race will be highlighted at this meeting.

11) All members and recruits of NWO Racing are expected to read and abide by all of these rules.
